Home Improvement on the cheap

http://www.stardustbuilding.org/

This place sells donated materials (usually left over materials from construction jobs) and has tons and tons of stuff in new or really good condition for dirt cheap. I am thinking about going down there and buying some kitchen cabinets to install in my garage as a work area. They have stutters, tile, sinks, doors, paint.....

Check it out....

Thanks Ryan! I was wondering how I could go about donating all the new carpet I am ripping out of my new house for my tile project. Looks like they even do pickups.

Looks like the westside location is where the Home Depot used to be (at 43rd & Camelback) before it moved diagonally across the intersection...I'll be checkin' it out!

Thanks, Ryan!

My co-worker got a whole bunch of paint and painted his house at less than $5.00 a gallon. It was left over from a city of Mesa construction project. He said it was really expensive industrial paint and he is very happy with it.

This is how I found out about this place.

I’m creating my own “man-zone” in my garage. My big-screen TV will soon be retired to the garage, so I’m looking to paint and add all sorts of stuff to my garage. This place might save me some $$!
