What is the best way to get out of a speeding ticket?

Just be cool. Dont get disrespectful say sir or maam at all times. Try apologizing and coming up with a legit reason for doing it.

I personally will almost never write a speeding ticket unless the person is:

A. a complete ass hole with an attitude from the get go
b. they have a long history of accidents or unsafe driving
c. they are just a dirtbag with a lengthy criminal history
d. they are cordial but still tell me that I am incorrect and that there was no way they were speeding.

Other than that then as far as Im concerned a warning will suffice. Besides when I pull someone over for speeding I am usually looking for something bigger. If after my questioning the subject I dont develop any reasonable suspicion to take the stop further. Then I will just give a verbal warning and let the person on there way.

But you have to remember that I am a Metropolitan Police Officer so traffic problems are lower on my list of priorities I am more concerned or have my mind on the next Domestic Dispute I am going to get sent on. Or looking for the guy thats dealing drugs to the kids in the neighborhood etc........

It is going to be harder to get out of a ticket if you are pulled over by a DPS officer or a City Traffic Cop usually easily identifiable by the motorcycle. These guys sole purpose is to pretty much be tail light chasers and are far less forgiving as far as handing out tickets. They usually have quotas, even though they say they dont and are looking to fill those quotas.

I have a nice funny but long story about that. If I didnt have to be out of my hotel in 5 minutes I would share it with you! I will write it up 4 you when I get home!

Ok I was on patrol one day about 5 years ago and a car went flying by a school bus that was letting kids out and had the flashing lights and stop signs swung out! The car blew by at about 50 MPH!

I pulled the car over and went up to the window and lo and behold in the front seat was a female about 25 YOA blonde hair and BIG FAKE boobies. She was wearing a strapless stretchy tube top and a real short mini skirt. I must admit that she was a sight for the eyes VERY ATTRACTIVE!

Well I got her info and was back at my car running her for wants and DL history when I realized I had forgotten to grab her proof of Insurance. As I walked back up to the car I noticed her situating herself and when I got to the door her tube top was pulled below her nipples and she had her foot propped up on her dash board and no panties on under he skirt!

I acted like I didnt even notice and asked her for her Insurance which she handed me and was expired by several months.

I walked back to my car proceeded to write her about 5 tickets and called for a tow truck to tow her ride! Needless to say she was extremely pissed! She thought because she gave me a show that it would get her out of it and that just isnt true!

Oh and noo surprise that her chosen profession was STRIPPER!

I just thought that was a funny one and would share it with you all!

But of course! That would an odd sight in Las Vegas for sure! I would have to let them go since I would be in utter AWE!

Nope that is the first and only time that has happened to me. I have had them flirt but nothing like that. Mostly if a woman is trying toget out of it they just CRY! Some men too!
