Ok for some reason or another I cant view the clip.

By your guys reaction it sounds like the video clip where some officers are approaching a felon who is on the ground and being ready to be taken into custody. When all of a sudden a young blonde female officer who has her gun out has an accidental discharge near the guys head.

Is that it?
