Garden insect tip #1302

If you take empty tuna cans and bury them up to the rim and then fill them with beer. Snails and those roly poly bugs cannot resist and fall in and drown in the beer.

The first night was an unmitigated success. Using bud light, I caught and killed numerous snails and rolly polly bugs.


Tonight I will try using Corona in my three traps.

Results shall be forth-coming tomorrow.

Back on track, I just released 1500 lady bugs into my garden, in operation snuff snails and rolly polly bugs and aphids. They sell lady bugs at Home Depot and I got that last packet.
