y'all are going about this wrong. Jon, what would it take to get you to change your avatar? I'm not above begging, small monetary donations, loads and loads of permanent compliments (i.e., changing my signature to something like, "Jon rules more than anyone else on this board--always has and always will no matter what!"), etc. Please advise on what we, as a community, need to do to get you to change your avatar.
