I just beat Arnold - you have to hold a Defensive position and just uppercut the crap out of him until your power meter is almost gone. The D until you are full again the uppercuts. Don't jab at all. His punches seem to come in threes.

Actually all you have to do is keep jabbing him. Don't let up and don't worry if yer power meter is gone. Do worry about the damage to yer "w" key....
