If a shot is one ounce, then a 12 ounce beer would have 12 shots, yes? (I majored in communication.) So, you would need to drink two and a half beers in 30 minutes to accomplish this mission.

As I said, it can TOTALLY be done.

Power Hour: 1 shot of beer every minute for an hour

60 shots = around 6+ beers

For 100 min, it would probably be around 10 beers?

We called 100 shots in 100 minutes the Century Club. I haven't tried that yet, but I am so totally a fan of power hour. We even made a mix cd that changed after every minute, that way no one had to keep time. WHOO HOO!

i miss college.

some friends and i tried the 100 shots in 100 minutes once. it was me and one other person all the way to 65, and then they backed out. i did a few more and stopped. it's not as easy as it sounds, that's for sure.

It would kill you but it's your life.

The most I've heard of is about 21 shots of tequila, that caused a guy to be in bed throwing up passed out for 48 hours with his buddies turning him over repeatedly to avoid him dying choking on his own vomit.

He weighed over 220lbs and was in excellent health and a hardcore drinker otherwise.

This stunt was done at our dorms at Mizzou in response to a novel idea of our dorm staff that had the help of the Columbia police department, they brought in a breathalizer and gave free readings so students could grasp what only a few drinks would blow.....

It of course degenerated into a contest to see who could blow the highest number, the stunt ended before the above poor soul had his shot at it, when a guy was carried like a log up to the thing and they repeatedly had two guys squeeze his chest while suspending him in mid air to get the reading, it didn't work and the cop wasn't amused.

That's it! Woo hoo! We should have an official ASFN PWI meeting where everyone posts on the board some night and we all get blitzed together.

I doubt I could do it w/o wanting to puke or puking. But I'd still like to try!

I kind of want to try this once. My buddy says the same thing about 100 shots of beer in 100 minutes. Just shots of beer. It is an alcohol coma by 80 because the constant influx of alcohol.

My friend and I were talking about this at a concert at Cricket Pavilion tonight and he clued me in about the 100 shots of beer in 100 minutes after I brought up 30 in 30. He and I can both pound some beer and he agrees that 100 in 100 isn't possible. I would have actually disputed it and tried to prove that it is possible. Hell, I am half drunk now and can't keep a thought. Against my previous advice NEZ, don't try it, or at least know when to say when. Sorry for the Budweiser quote.

At the U of I, we did a major power hour - 1 shot of beer a minute for 2 hours.....

One of the guys ended up doing the Triple orifice on himself
