Your favorite dead actor?
For the "guilty pleasures" thread, I was trying to think of the three westerns that qualified as guilty pleasures for me. They were:
Duck, You Sucker
Blazing Saddles
Two Mules for Sister Sarah
Which triggered this thread.
Rod Steiger is one of my favorite actors of all time.

He was excellent in Crazy in Alabama.
Sad to say, but mine is soon to be Paul Newman. Of the currently dead, Steve McQueen rules something in the afterlife. I'm sure.

Good call.
I remember watching "In the Heat of the Night" for the first time at a young age and was blown away by both the movie and Steiger.
Then i saw him in "The Illustrated Man" and it made me go out and get some Ray Bradbury stories.

Gary Cooper. Mainly because High Noon is one of my all time favorite movies even though it was made 20 yrs before I was born.
