Avi Arad on the Silver Surfer Movie Source: SFX Magazine
March 18, 2005
Marvel Studios' Avi Arad told SFX Magazine new details on a proposed Silver Surfer movie.
Asked whether Galactus might appear in a Fantastic Four sequel, Arad said "Galactus is going to be in the Silver Surfer movie, which we're starting our journey towards."
But he said that there may be some franchise cross-pollination. "First we want to do the origin of the Silver Surfer and the Galactus story. But because it's the same studio, one day you'll probably have our version of Alien Vs. Predator - only a much, much better version."

I have a feeling the actual character of Silver Surfer is going to look really stupid in a live-action movie.
If they use the same technology they used for the newer, sleaker terminator in T2 I think he'll lookmpretty cool. But, yeah, there's huge chance if not done right he'll look pretty ridiculous.

I hate CG characters in movies, like the Hulk.... ugh!
I just hope he doesn't look like IceMan from the 70's Spiderman and friends cartoon:
Also, as for Galactus being in an FF movie, I'd bet it would have to be in the 3rd or 4th installment if the franchise lives that long. I'd bet dollars to donuts that the second villain will be the Mole Man. If that's the case, I submit to you, the viewing public, Joe Paterno, AKA, the Mole Man:
