It was laughably bad.

I know it's a fictional film but the whole premise was too unbelievable.

You're right. I don't understand this fictional pageantry where girls and boys dress up in these ridiculously fancy (and expensive) clothes, just to dance and try not to make a baby. I shutter to think what would happen if this whimsical tradition were actually real.

How could anyone NOT want to murder them?
