Sorry but this movie is one of my Guilty Pleasures. I will sit down and watch it everytime it is on TV. It stars Marc Singer and Tanya Roberts(who was smoking hot by the way)

The acting isnt to bad and the story is great! Very similar to a Conan the Barbarian genre of movie.

I've always loved this movie. I'll drop everything and watch it too.

I just saw it on TV the other day and there was a nude scene with Roberts exiting a small pond after bathing and Singers character steals her clothes. Damn she was smkokin! I wonder if its the same scene?

Nope.

There was a longstanding rumor that an additonal nude scene with Tanya Roberts was filmed in addition to the infamous swimming scene. However, the producers decided that it needed to be cut because they were aiming for a more kid-friendly "PG" rating, and the additional scene would certainly net the film an "R."

When Anchor Bay released the DVD in October 2001, the infamous nude scene was proven to exist. Hidden in the "Extras" menu as an easter egg, there are several rough takes of a love scene between Kiri and Dar that, judging by the setting (at night by a campfire), would have been included after the scene in which King Zed orders Dar out after he disagrees with him about how to fight the Juns.

I just watched this, based on your recommendation. I wasn’t much into the fantasy genre growing up, so it never caught my eye. It was a little strange at first, but I never stop watching a movie once I’ve started, no matter how strange or stupid it appears. It definitely got a lot better. His adventures were very interesting. I recorded the movie from HBO and there definitely was a nude scene in it. Kiri came running out of the pond with no top on when she didn’t know that Dar was there. I was watching with my 9 year-old son, so I’m sure he got a big kick out of that. (It said PG, so the wife said it was okay.)

Interesting movie. Now, are the next two worth watching?
