Never seen it. I liked the premise, but still haven't pulled the trigger on a rental. Is it recommended viewing?

Its a twisted evil dark farce of a comedy. Williams is hialrious in an evil role and Norton is his normal amazing self.

DEFINITELY rent it. Hell, I'm going to go buy it.

schutd,

Although we often disagree on here, we seem to have the same taste in movies and music to some degree. Haven't seen Death to Smoochie yet, but now, with your recommendation, I know that I'll probably love it. LOL

I finally rented this one about 2 months ago and loved it. Definitely a dark comedy, but another stellar performance by Edward Norton.

I keep forgetting to rent this. I've caught half of it before and liked it. They play the howling part at Coyotes games.

Yeah BIM, I can't for the life of me figure out how we can be SUCH polar opposites yet share oa lot of the same tastes in entertainment (save for the boozing and the strip joints. heh).

But yeah, definitely check it out.

A hilarious flick!

A must see for any dark comedy buff.

I'm kind of on the fence about it. I wouldn't call it a great movie but it's not bad. Believe it or not I was more annoyed with Robin Williams than anything else. I thought One Hour Photo was a better example of a dark role for him. Catherine Keener was awesome, though, and the Irish gangsters were pretty hilarious.
