Thumbs up

Identity

This was avery eerie movie and very dark!

I thought it was very good story line and the acting was good by both Ray Liotta and John Cusak! I highly recommend it! It will make you jump in some scenes!

*spoilers*

I was totally surprised that what was happening in the movie wasnt real and that it was a series of event happening in the convicted murderes mind.

It truly was a great twist to the movie and I must say the ending of the movie when you find out it is the personality of the little boy that was doing all the evil was shocking!

Really good, tense and scary movie. The wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly - so much so that we believe a second viewing in the theater is probably in order. Very well written, acted and directed. If you like scary movies then I highly recommend. This is a must see for those a fan of the genre.

Awesome movie, totally enjoyed it...Cusack was superb, as was Liotta, Peet, etc.

However, as to not figuring it out, my wife leaned over to me 30 minutes into the movie and says "those are all his multi-personalities..."

I was like YOU ARE SO RIGHT, ugh...lol, but pretty impressive.

Yeah, she's pretty good, but the reviews did say if you knew what to look for, you could figure it out early on.

She just saw the different handwriting in the same book, the tape conversation where he appeared to be talking to multiple people, and the fact that the previews gave away that they all had the same birthday.

It also sealed the prediction for her when Busey left the Motel, saw another motel, and it turned out to be the same. Once it became supernatural, she was convinced.

I loved the ending though, nothing happy and predictable...

Saw this last night. Great movie! I didn't figure it out right away. Mentioning the possibility it could be an Indian haunting threw me.

FINALLY saw this after wanting to for a really long time.

I must say, I was impressed. The director did another film I really enjoyed called Copland which was very good.

This one, I think the star of the movie is easily that script. Very well-written and suspenseful. I'm going to try to get my hands on a first draft here in Los Angeles if I can--I'd love to take a look at it.

(Also, the trailer for Kill Bill kicked ARSE!!!!!!!!!)

I had read the script a few months ago, and it was long, and long-winded. I had never actually seen the trailer for the movie--as I was a bit confused when picturing Uma Thurman samurai-fighting. But I changed my mind.

(I still think Pulp Fiction is extremely overrated)

Saw this over the weekend - great movie - I'm pissed. I just wrote a wh0ole page synopsis of this and accidently hit the "Back button" on my mouse and wiped it out.

Maybe later I'll do it again.

The writer of JACK FROST - the horror/comedy where a Snowman is possessed by a convicater killer and terrorizes the town and rapes Shannon Elizabeth with a carrot - wrote this movie.

I thought it was pretty predictable and knew what would happen with boy - personally I thought it was a cop out - I hate dream movies - like WISDOM! That awful piece o' crap with Emilio and Demi Moore!

We rented this over the weekend - I thought it was a great flick.

I love Amanda Peet. My wife said if I ever get a chance to be with AManda, she would let me. That's nice of her!

She calls dibs on Ed Harris.

I watched the behind the scenes on the DVD. It was neat how they had the rain makers going & they would spend 14 hours a day for 3 months soaking wet.

Liotta was pissed that Cusack got to wear a rain slicker.

Is Identity worth renting?

I was going to rent Identity but I knew nothing about it. I like John Cusack so I was wondering if it was a good movie?
