I need help on a high school football documentary

I saw a high school football documentary on ESPN last year about a school in Pennsylvania. I think the school was called CB North. It was an amazing film with a Hollywood ending. Does anyone know the title of this documentary?

Part of an ESPN series called "The Season"

The episode was called "The Last Game". “The Last Game” chronicles the final season of high-school football coach Mike Pettine's 33-year reign at Central Bucks West in Doylestown, Pa. Pettine's son, Mike Jr., coaches rival North Penn High School, the team featured in the debut episodes of “The Season” in 2000."

It went through their whole season - practices & games. The coaches & kids were miked. They barely beat Erie Prep (I went there for a year - my old man & all my uncles went there too) for the state title.

CB West won 14-13 on a blocked punt for a TD late in the game
