I need some FF advice.

I've been offered Warner and Rattay for plummer in a keeper draft would you guys do it?
I also would get the 1st pick overall and could take a guy like Alex Smith.
We start 3 qbs in our league. and my other qb is Manning.

It depends on how bad you want that #1 overall pick.

It's a keeper league and both Warner and Rattay could be non-starters next season.

BTW... Why would you want to use the #1 pick on Smith. Reports say that he has looked terrible in camp, so why not use it on Edwards or one of the three RBs?

Do it. You're getting a guy like Warner who could blow up, you can just wait b/c you'll start Manning every week. Also, if there are penalties for INTs Jake isn't a great player to have.

If you have Peyton Manning, make the trade. You'll get short-term help with Warner or Rattay, and could draft long-term help or shore up another position with the #1.

If you have Eli Manning, don't make it. Plummer will put up some big numbers--if inconsistent ones, and should be starting ahead of Eli this season.

EDIT: Why would you want to draft a QB #1 overall, anyway? Do you start multiple QBs? Peyton Manning will be your regular starter for another decade.
