Fess up: Your worse Pick!

Who is the worst pick ever!?

Or who is your achilles heal (meaning the guy that you like and always pick but is always a bust)?

In my league we also pick defensive players!

I picked Courtney Brown with my 7th round pick last year.
Stupid Courtney did NOTHING!

Achilles is Marcus Robinson. What a bust and I always pick him.

My worst pick ever was Barry Sanders the year after he retired. I used a 3rd rounder on him, thinking it would be a steal because he just had to come back and take the all-time rushing title.

I got pasted for that one.

Last year I took Alexander with the 3rd pick and Torry Holt in the 2nd round. OUCH! oh and did I forget to mention that I traded up to get Shaun and lost my 3rd round pick? THAT LEFT TACKLE FOR THE SEAHAWKS KILLED ME!

Jake Plummer with a rather high pick one season. He ended up being my back-up most of the year.

Damn! First off I feel you with Torry Holt since I also had him last year. And he was frustrating to say the least.

Plummer at any TIME is a horrible pick! I really feel for you on that one!

DUDE, did the same damn thing...got him for like $10, when most backs go for $50 or so (auction league) and was planning on keeping him incase he retired.

IN FACT, I did keep him until the next year, just in case, but dropped him before the draft.

I got a TON of flack for that.

Mike

Did anyone draft Anderson or Watters last year in your draft and how high? Same team drafted both of them last year in my league because they went QB WR WR in the first three rounds. They too Anderson in the 13th and Watters in the 14th.

By far my worst picks (I get 2) were my #4, and #5 reciever picks.

I took Kevin Johnson with the 4th, and Jonnie Morton with the 5th. These guys were my both of my starters and combined for a total of 3 points by week 4.

Fortunately I had taken Toomer in the 8th, and picked up Jerry Porter off the wire. Both guys had really good seasons, and eventually got me 3rd in the league.

Hmm...

Until last year, I always took Fraud Taylor on the years he got hurt. Last year, I ended up with him again and he finally played.

Of course he still drove me nuts because of stupid Stacy Mack.
