Six years later....still taking the same vitamins.
Beer has vitamins.... Right? If so I have a few a week

Men's One a Day's LOL. I am simple. My wife and I started a "get healthier" kick. Smoothies with fruit, spinach, kale stuff like that. So, think we are probably getting most of that stuff anyway.
12 per day.
This is it for me. However, I put a lot of other stuff in my morning smoothie (e.g. turmeric, spirolina, cinnamon)
I don't take any vitamins. I don't have anything against them, I just never noticed any difference when I did take a multi. Oh, my pee was an interesting color. So there's that.
What do you all notice if you don't stay on your regimen?
I dont take any supplements either, just try to eat natural foods like fruits, veggies and meats.
Theoretically you shouldn't need to if you eat right, but with today's farming processes veggies just don't contain the same nutrients unfortunately.
