Me too, although I do take an omega 3 supplement.

On a side note, I see that Ryan got banned again. I was wondering why I haven't seen a post from him in a while.

    Daily:

    A good multi
    500 mg Ester-C
    400 I.U. Vitamin E
    1000 mg Salmon Oil
    Pantothenic Acid (B-5)
    400 I.U. Vitamin C
    2000 I.U. Vitamin D

    2-3 times a week:
    10mg Lycopene
    1000 my Flaxseed Oil
    150 mg Green Tea Extract
    400 mg Lecithin

Lots of oatmeal. Raw veggies. Very few fried foods. Water all day long.

Twenty years ago, after becoming very ill, I decided my doctors didn't know what the heck they were doing, (other than looking at me like I was going to die before I got to the elevator) so I decided to read up on diet and supplements. Started following the recommendations of Adelle Davis who wrote "Let's Get Well".

    It's worked for me.

Edit: Make that 30 years. Those vitamins are working better than I thought.

Here's my boring daily regimen mon-fri:

    breakfast - oatmeal & eggs

I take the following to work with me each day:
    sandwich
    apple
    orange
    gigantic costco carrot
    stick of celery
melon slices (watermelon/honeydew/cantaloupe depending on what we bought from costco)
    red grapes
    kiwi

    drink:
    coffee/green tea/water

Then I eat a reasonable sized delicious dinner with the fam. If I go to the gym I'll have a protein shake with blackberries/blueberries/raspberries/strawberries and a banana.

My downfall is the weekend. I can put away some serious homemade ice cream. However, I've learned to put it in nice little serving sizes as soon as it comes out of the ice cream maker.

We usually do Papa Murphy's pizza on Friday. Dang that stuff is good. Football season really kills me with the tailgating.

The only thing I take now is grapefruit seed extract, fish oil and an Animal Pak packet before I go to the gym.

I take a multi-vitamin daily and iron every other day. I was also taking calcium, flax seed oil, vitamin C and an amino acid supplement for a while. I plan to add those back into my plan soon.
