Whats your vitamin Regimen?

    2 Ultra Vita Man Horse Pills (multi-vitamin) from Vitamin World
    2 Flax Seed Oil pills
    1 Niacin
    1 Vitamin C
    1 Q-10
    1 Lycopene
    1 Folic Acid
    1 Odorless Garlic Pill
    1 Vitamin E
    1 Aspirin

    I take all of these each and every day. Anyone take more than 12 pills a day?

    Nope. Odorless!

    BY the way I take Q-10 becuase it said on the bottle that it kills free radicals in the body!

    I dont know about any of you but those dont sound like anything I want in my body!

    Do vitamins really work? I mean has anyone seen a difference in their health or overall feeling? Should I go out and start taking 12 vitamins a day?

    I can defintitely tell a difference in the way I feel if I havent taken vitamins for 4 or 5 days.

    My pee gets really dark and stinky, but other than that I typically do not notice a difference...

    Shane, that's a lot of antioxidants. Are you a distance athlete??

    I crush up a Multi Mega in my Protein Drink in the morning. That's it for right now. My body is kind of banged up and I haven't been weightlifting for strength.
