I'm not sure I trust the opinion of a guy named "Spankle" when it comes to the societal value of pornography.
@ Kel Varnsen
I think 200,000 Kansans not having health insurance is the bigger crisis.
In regard to pornography, the more something is suppressed, the more it finds ways to come out.
Great bump, especially with this coming out today, and good call @oaken1 :
British newspaper says Utah Rep. Jon Stanard resigned after meeting call girl twice for sex
A British newspaper reported Thursday that Rep. Jon Stanard, R-St. George, resigned abruptly Tuesday after he met a Salt Lake City call girl twice for sex, and it released racy texts that it says he sent to her.
The Daily Mail of London said call girl Brie Taylor claims Stanard paid her for sex during two business trips to Salt Lake City in 2017. Taylor claims he paid her $250 for each of the one-hour sessions in June and August — on dates when the Legislature held interim meetings.
Stanard is married and voted for stricter laws against pornography. He also said on his website — which has since been deleted — “I am a strong advocate for conservative family values. I am pro life, as well as for traditional marriage.”
Still the most accurate leading indicator of bad behavior we’ve got.
Technically, hiring a hooker isn't pornography.
I thought the same thing. Kind of flies in the face of "traditional marriage" though, hence the website 'update.'
It adds another dimension.
Too many sexually repressed people.
Even when I was in high school I wrote a paper detailing why marijuana and prostitution should be legalized.
Dang, that's pretty progressive for someone to do in the 1950's....
It's a crisis, unless of course the POTUS had an affair with a pornstar then it's no big deal.
It is all tied together and makes perfect sense.
You see, he would never hire a hooker and cheat on his wife. He is a traditional family man, loves the Jesus and everything.
However, he faced the temptations out the devil through the scourge of pornography. What he thought was innocent soon filled his head with illicit desires and a spiral of betrayal against his family, ultimately leading to banging a hooker.
If pornography can do that to him, a fine family man who loves Jesus, just imagine what it could do to others.
Therefore pornography is a health crisis that must be stopped.
Don't they use that same argument for breastfeeding?
Separate names with a comma.
