Forget lunch what's for dinner? Come on, someone had to start this thread. I stopped at AJ's and bought some sausage and peppers from their Italian Kitchen and a jar of marinara sauce. It's simmering, (is that a word) as I type. I'm going to put it on some Capellini pasta with shredded Romano cheese and some sourdough garlic bread. Of course I had to buy some wine too. A nice Shiraz and a Cabernet Sauvignon. Sauce needs to simmer for another hour but the wine doesn't. Yum, yum!
