He wants to pass T.O. on the all-time best WR list and trail only Rice. His reworked/extended contract has an incentive which pays him something like $500k for reaching that milestone (heard on the local radio show this morning). He is a stat guy and loves the history of the NFL. He knows where he is currently ranked and, I believe, he wants to move up a little more before stepping away. Personally, I feel he could play a few more years...and, depending on how things go next year, maybe he will... I think Larry was coming back all along regardless of the decisions from BA and CP. It would be VERY shocking if Larry walked away after this past season.
