It must be tough to be a person like kerouac9. Every issue is clouded by black/white prejudice. Too bad some people can't escape the 1800's.

If Kaspar the freindly white guy gets cut, who are you going to blame if we lose?

What are you talking about? I meant that people were clamoring for Shipp because he seemed to "try hard", when his production early (when both were healthy) was roughly equivalent to TJs.

People say they like KVB because he, too, "tries hard" even if he hasn't done jack for this team. That's where the comparison lies.

Now who's seeing racism where it's not there?

Lex - have you been dipping into the magical fantasy dust again. Where the hell did race play a part in anything kerouac said?

    Man,

That was so wierd I couldn't finish reading it.

I was like uhhhh...huh huh....damn it Beavis change the channel. I don't want to watch these damn Flock of Seagulls videos anymore.

But then the picture of Tango and the deer with the Jake face was about the funniest thing I have ever seen on a message board.

Careful what you spit out there Ryan. I'd say YOUR comment may be a little more "Freudian" than you yourself realize.

I think maybe you need to emotionally and mentally "grow up' a little more. As I said after I first wrote the post, I am secure in who I am and my "masculinity". And again, as I said, when I wrote it, it was just to write it from a different perspective in an attempt to communicate the emotions I was feeling that day....First the announcement of Jake going to Denver, and an hour later the one about Boston signing with San Diego. I am not afraid to express my feelings!
You want to make that something sexual and insinuate indecency about it......what can I say. I feel sorry for you.

Spare me your childish pidgeonholing and catagorizing.
You seem to do that quite well in a lot of areas from what I see.

That opening post was the definition of Bizarro World.

I seriously was stunned by Plummer's leaving for about 10 seconds. Then I moved on to, "who can we get now"? No matter if you liked Plummer or hated him, he had to go and I'm glad he's gone.

I had a sundried tomato bagel with onion cream cheese this morning for breakfast.

I just drank a Pete's Wicked Summer Brew.
