I think Cousins is out of Cards price range.
Cutler is a big risk because of turnovers.
Josh McCown is wanted by the Jets to return.
    So that leaves ;Bridgewater,Gabbert,Osweiller,David Fales,etc;

I wonder if Glennon will be available from the Bears.

Might be able to sign Teddy to a short term prove it deal...and still draft a QB, if he doesn't work out.

God that list is cringe worthy. I think Case Keenum is a good option. I like Cousins too. You know what I think is difficult. Is that this is such a win now league. And you can turn your season around with minimal up grades. Look at Minnesota. Up grades and then they got hurt and seem to get better. Do we sign a good QB and draft 1 in first round?? I think we are in a tough spot.... We were 1 game out of playoffs... We gain the best all around rb next year. OL is better. If the Georgia LB is available and we get say keenum or cousins. We can Win

    It always is.

Carson Palmer was at one point cringe worthy, and right so, as was Kurt Warner, and again, rightly so.

Not to mention, it is tough to comment on what free agent QB would be the "right guy" when the Cardinals do not even know what their offensive system will be next season.

Shooting from the hip, I would be happy if we got a Pat Shurmur and Teddy Bridgewater combo, since I am a fan of Bridgewater, and I like Pat Shurmur's coaching resume and offensive system.

    Then go draft a QB.

Way different. None of the guys on the above list have the resume Kurt and Carson had coming in..

I do like cousins a lot though. Hard to say what our offense will be moving forward, but cousins would have thrived in BAs offense

Matthieu is going to be cut or restructured which will potentially free up cap space. Cousins is not out of our price range and is an option.

if you want a solid vet to bridge to a 1st round rookie: Ryan Fitzpatrick

streaky enough to win you football games.

this team did go 5-4 with Blaine Gabbert / Drew Stanton playing Qb and mostly Kerwin Williams at RB and two backup tackles

you arent winning the Superbowl, but you will be competitive (mostly)

None of these guys are legit long-term answers, but as a rental I'd take any of the following from that list (in no order):

    Case Keenum
    Jay Cutler
    Matt Moore
    Chase Daniels

Ugh sad list indeed.... but need a vet to groom a rookie q b. The 3 I would want would be cousins, Bridgewater little mobile atleast but yea hasn't done much..., maybe brock big q b but very inaccurate but I do like his attitude....

    Next yr might be rough

I've been saying Cousins, but it's very dependent on who the coach is. If we go with Shurmur, Case Keenum would be fine in my book, as would Bradford. Maybe Bridgewater.

I'd be open to bringing back Stanton as well, but is he as valuable in a brand new offense? Probably not. Either way, we need to sign at least one of these guys at the opening of Free Agency. Dial in on a guy, and bring him in, whatever it takes.

Ideally we'd carry 4 QBs into camp - two rookies and two veterans. Let them sort it out from there.

I can honestly say and mean it, if Jay Cutler should ever become a Cardinal, I am through with them forever. Hopefully it will and could never happen. Oh the humanity!
