There's speculation if this is real or not and I kinda hope it's not, but...

When I was a kid I loved Crocodile Dundee, I was the PERFECT age when that movie came out.

I mean, the guy walked on New Yorkers heads to get to his lady,,,, tell me there's a hero we deserve more! :p

This looks like it could be a star studded romp. Lots of famous Aussies right now... The Hemsworths, Robbie, Kidman, Bale, etc. Could be fun if done the right way.

Counting 3 Hemsworth brothers, 4 of those 6 actors were born in Australia. :)

I dont know why I thought Bale was an Aussie. Definitely got me there, good for you!

Robbie and Kidman (wasn't aware she was born in Hawaii) both constantly talk about being Aussie, and people know them as thus, so you can take your semantics and blow them out your butt as always. :band:

Don't forget these Aussies - Russell Crowe (New Zealand) and Mel Gibson (New York).

Dude, you totally could have gone with:

'Your face was born down under!' for the instant win.

They are going a totally different direction with this. Not sure if it will be a hit or tank. Just can't get a good feel on it with the trailers.

I don’t understand why you feel the need to pick on me. Why can’t you just leave me alone BIM? I’ve totally tried to either just not quote you or respond to you the past year but you just can’t stop this bull crap.

We’ve established I don’t enjoy your sense of humor, your teasing or your efforts to make me look stupid. Why won’t you stop?

The movie section was my fav part of the board but I’m done. I’m just gonna quit this goddamned board because anytime I see you quote one of my posts I just dread reading it because I know you’re going to be an ass. I’m not going to take it from you anymore.

Sorry you see it as picking on you. Just pointing out where these actors were born. I only know because of my interest in trivia.

    Wow, touchy much?

    Have a nice life, Bert.

Here is a post from me to Bill aka O discussing the same exact subject in 2010. Nothing new under the sun and no teasing or picking on anyone...

    Not everything is about you.

Kidman, regardless of where she was born, is still Australian. Her parents were in Hawaii on educational visas.

Yeah, any reasonable person recognizes Kidman as Australian, with no caveats. Gibson, can accurately described as Australian as well.

Never said she wasn't. She was born in Hawaii with dual citizenship so technically half-American and half-Australian from the get go. Just pointing out where she was born as most assume Australia. Like I said, it's great for trivia.
