    What did you do today for exercise? Anything is better than nothing! So whether you simply walked around the block or whether you did a full workout, let us know!

    Monday - July 18, 2005

    I spend 21 minutes on the treadmill. On average, my speed was set at 3.0 and the incline was set at 7.0. I pushed myself for nearly 5 minutes at 5.0 speed and 9.0 incline. I thought I was going to pass out! LOL!!!!!!

    I killed myself.

    In fact, new research claims that sex is EXCELLENT for weight loss as the physiological changes in your body during sex are consistent with vigorous workouts in the gym.

    Plus it will keep your heart healthy. Apparently, those who have sex three times a week have a 50 per cent lower risk of suffering a heart attack or stroke.

    I was going to the gym after work tonight, but man it's already 1145p and I got home like 15 min ago.

    Excuses, I know :)

    But tomorrow I WILL go to the gym after work, and I WILL post a reply on this thread saying that I did!
