I couldn't imagine not starting my day with a double espresso with freshly ground beans. Part of my routine EVERY day.

What kind of espresso maker do you use?

We have a DeLonghi that we have had for years but it's getting old and needs to be replaced.

Yeah ... I can't do without my 12oz coffee in the morning. As long as it's arabica bean, doesn't matter the brand to me. Just don't drink Folgers or 8'oclock .. those robusta beans make a nasty coffee, lol.

So. That is what water is for. Cultivation. Water doesn't disappear. It recirculates????

I bought this bad boy from Costco several years ago. Still works like a dream. Makes espresso, 2x espresso or coffee.

Comes with a built-in grinder, which is an absolute necessity. Gotta use freshly ground beans.

Anything that creates an addiction via chemical dependency in your brain cant be all that good for you.

I have no doubt it has health benefits, but lets not act like coffee is on level with carrot juice.
