Something to consider. Talib is 32, but still a very good CB. If this team did head in a defensive direction and Talib was cut, he could be a very nice fit opposite of Peterson. I would rather draft a CB, but a 2 year deal for Talib isn't terrible.

Talib would be an awesome addition, and we know SK likes his 30+ year old vets.

I would adore having him in Cardinal red and totally support the signing!

I’d bring him in. We can only address so many holes in the draft, and we have a ton of them

My guess is it would cost 8.5 mil per year. essentially 2 years, 17 mil for a top 20 CB in the NFL.

Would be nice, but priority #1 on defense is D-Line.

Would be a nice pickup to go with PP21 and Tramon Williams.

How so? You have the #1 sack-getter in the NFL, Markus Golden coming back from injury, and Kareem Martin on the outside. Inside you have Corey Peters, Rodney Gunter, Josh Mauro, and Nkeimdiche coming back. Those guys aren't world-beaters, but they were good enough to be #1 in rush defense DVOA.

No I wouldn't touch him. Maybe for Veteran Minimum, else no thanks.

I agree that while we may want more out of our defensive line, this offseason may not be the best time to try and upgrade unless something falls into your lap. I would prefer to extend Pierre, and further develop him, Gunter, and Nkemdiche. You might add a body to replace Rucker, but other than that, there is worse than the status quo when you look at our other needs.

Re-signing Tramon Williams to a 2 year deal and drafting a young CB to groom behind him would be super.
