Thank you! Ashley just hit 100 days and is doing great! My oldest is also still sober...taking her a bit longer to get her crap together, but is working on it, at least.

^^^ well, it was great while it lasted. My oldest picked up a meth habit to combat her alcoholism. Awesome.

    Keep fighting, Linderbee.

I just wrote a condolences card today to a family friend who lost a daughter to drugs. :(

Linder, please do not take this setback personally. Take care of yourself.

It's been a REALLY rough day; thank you everyone...it's nice to know I'm not alone & have support aside from my immediate family. :)

Her girlfriend's DOC was meth and they aren't together anymore because of all of this, so that is great news. She's begrudgingly trying to get back into rehab at the place she was at before. I'm hoping they'll take her back. She's angry with me (I don't really understand why, but I know it will pass, so I'm not bothered by it).

My face is swollen and my eyes hurt a lot; other than that I'm ok. :(

This does suck. Meth seems to be an easier drug to get off of as opposed to alcohol & heroin. I've been through it myself. I had a bad addiction back in the 90's. You don't seem to have the reoccurring cravings months after you stop like others. Sounds like she's headed in the right direction though by dumping her girlfriend & wanting to go to rehab. Like MrYeahbut said, don't blame yourself. I hope things get better for her & you.

I wish them nothing but good things. And I wish hem the strength and desire to hang onto their recovery.
