"The O'Reilly Factor" is facing a growing advertiser revolt, as 21 companies have pulled their commercials from the show amid a scandal involving the host, Bill O'Reilly.
Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, BMW of North America, Mitsubishi Motors, Lexus, Constant Contact, Bayer, Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, Orkin, UNTUCKit, Allstate, Esurance (which is owned by Allstate), T. Rowe Price, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi, Credit Karma, Wayfair, The Wonderful Company, TrueCar, the Society for Human Resource Management and Coldwell Banker are pulling ads from "The O'Reilly Factor" after a report about five settlements with women who alleged sexual harassment or verbal abuse by O'Reilly.

The decisions signal the potential of financial damage for "The O'Reilly Factor," the most popular show on cable news, and its network, Fox News.

Paul Rittenberg, the executive vice president of advertising sales at Fox News, addressed the exodus in a statement on Tuesday.

"We value our partners and are working with them to address their current concerns about the O'Reilly Factor," Rittenberg said. "At this time, the ad buys of those clients have been re-expressed into other FNC programs."

This will pass quickly enough. People like Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh are much like teflon coated to their base.

Well if Trump said O'Reilly didn't do anything wrong, I am good with it.

Imagine the president of the united states publically still backs O'Reilly and downplays everything.

Oh right... sorry that actually happened.

Some of the details of the allegations are a bit sketchy though I must say, since when is it sexual harassment if you were to open the door in boxer shorts?

It'll have some fake name like People Against Sexual Assault.

Controversial Fox News host Bill O’Reilly meets Pope Francis at the Vatican

I'm pleased Fox fired Bill O'Reilly. As a Fox news supporter they definitely needed to clean up the ship. I know you guys don't agree with his political views but he also did a lot of good things for charity in a big way. That by no means excuses him it's just sad to many men fall to sexual misconduct and ruin a lot of good in their lives and others.

    "Fall"?

Guys like O'Reilly CHOOSE to sexually harass women. He didn't "fall". He subjected women to his disgusting, lewd behavior because he WANTED to do the things he did. He wanted to even after FOX wrote the first multi-million dollar checks to his victims. The women were not luring him to the point he "fell". They were his co-workers. Not temptresses.

Meanwhile there are good and decent men who do the right thing and live decent lives and give to charity who CHOOSE to respect women instead of treating them like trash and sex objects.
