Arizona Sports Fans Network (or ASFN) is a thriving sports community dedicated to everything Arizona, including the Cardinals, Suns, Diamondbacks, Coyotes, Mercury, Sun Devils, Wildcats, Sting and much, much more. We also break into the National and World Sports scene, and even have more forums that deal with offtopic discussions, like TV, movies and whatever else you can think of.

Many of our users are residents of Arizona and therefore the community here at ASFN also extends into real world meetings among common fans, like a Sunday morning tailgate party at a Cardinals game. Our readers also come from around the United States and also the world, because fans of Arizona teams stay dedicated long after they move away.

ASFN was founded by Jim Skane in 2002-03 with the help of Mike Olbinski. Jim paid for all hosting and maintenance costs out of his own pocket until 2008 when outside support was needed because of growing traffic. He is a passionate and dedicated Cardinals fan and this site wouldn't be what it is today without him.

The community here at ASFN is welcoming of new people and caring for the friends they currently have. We've had friends on our messageboard who have passed away due to cancer, yet the community banded together to help the family and ease their suffering. We take care of our own here at ASFN and that family is always looking to add another friend.
