Over the next five months, FSN Arizona is slated to telecast more than 50 hours of Lumberjack football, men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball with more than half of those broadcasts scheduled to air on the network live. The telecasts will be produced by students and professionals from the NAU Television Services department and for the first time ever, its sports productions will be televised live. The agreement also includes the opportunity for NAU athletics to be televised nationally on Fox College Sports.

“The Northern Arizona University Lumberjacks are excited and honored by the partnership with FSN Arizona,” said Jim Fallis, Northern Arizona University Athletics Director. “With such a large alumni base in the state of Arizona, I know our Lumberjack family circle is excited to have the ability to follow us on the premier sports network in Arizona.”

“FSN Arizona is committed to providing the best local coverage of every professional and collegiate sports team in Arizona and this is another move to ensure we deliver on that goal,” said Mike Connelly, FSN Arizona Senior Vice President & General Manager. “We are proud to add NAU to our roster of team partners and look forward to a winning relationship.”

The next NAU sporting event televised on FSN Arizona will be Saturday’s football game against Idaho State. It airs on a tape delay basis on Saturday night/Sunday morning at 1 a.m. and then replays on Monday, Oct. 15, at noon.

The first event scheduled to air live will be NAU’s home volleyball match against Eastern Washington on Sunday, November 1. Here are the other NAU sporting events set to air on FSN Arizona with live telecasts appearing in bold:
