Breaston rewarded for drought-ending punt return

Date October 2, 2007 by Mike Olbinski

Steve Breaston’s 73-yard punt return for a touchdown not only gave the Arizona Cardinals a lead on the Pittsburgh Steelers, it also ended the 14-year gap since the last time it happened.

Darren Urban reported on his official blog today that Breaston was named NFL Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts.

Congrats to Breaston and we hope we haven’t seen the last of him blazing into the end zone.
