Boldin’s hip injury still bothering him
October 2, 2007 by Mike Olbinski
At practice today, Ken Whisenhunt told reporters that Anquan Boldin’s hip injury seemed to get better last week, but suddenly plateaued. It’s still causing him a bit of pain to lift his leg or move it away from his body.
He was due to be examined later on Tuesday.
Update: Darren Urban reports that nothing new was discovered during the examination, he’ll just continue to be sore and day-to-day. He also a noted that that while Boldin is out, Jerheme Urban is relegated to 3rd string QB.
Also suffering from injuries are Marcel Shipp who has bruised ribs, Antrel Rolle with an injured finger and Karlos Dansby who partially separated his shoulder. Both are expected to play this week at St. Louis.
