You take a chicken breast and pound it flat, season with chili powder, garlic, salt & pepper then marinate it overnight in wing sauce. Grill them up with a slice of provalone cheese and serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese dressing. Great with a cold Kiltlifter (Gotta Drink Local Baby!) I've seen them grilled or smoked. ABT is short for Atomic Buffalo Turd. Who came up with that I have no idea, but they're really good eats. I've seen the recipe in a couple different places and made them for the first time over the summer. I make them everytime I use my smoker now. I'm pretty standard with a good ground mustard and kraut and beer stewed onions. Maybe I'll give the mayo a try. I don’t really have a tradition of a certain food, but some of my fav’s would be:
